Experienced staff
Sarah who has worked here for many years, including a long stint learning the trade from original owner Jim, is continuing working with Alan. In those days, it was simply "Jim's shop" and in fact I got my first Synodontis multipunctatus from Jim many years ago!
The tanks are all well maintained thanks to the regular water changes and attention given to them by Sarah, so consequently the fish are in good health.
Any local fishkeepers who breed fish, do get in touch with Alan as he will be more than happy for regular trade of quality, local bred fish.

As can be seen in the photo (above) there is the usual range of dry goods stocked. The aquariums are in banks on three sides of the shop and all are planted up. This makes it easy to view the plants in an aquarium setting and all are for sale.

*New development -
Please note that Alan does not stock Marines and instead is concentrating on freshwater Tropical Fish and has renovated part of the shop in the back room and fitted new banks of tanks. This will give him more stock and a greater range of tropical fish especially for any aquarists looking for "something a bit different"!
